Well, First of all I would like to thanks to everyone who is reading this blog.

I like to express in this blog all my love to "Celtic Woman", believe me!... since the first time I heard their music, I felt in love with them, their music makes me fly and makes me forget those bad moments in life, their angelicals voices are truly beautiful and sometimes you feel that you live in a world where everything comes true.

Celtic Woman is my favorite group, their music is so particular with a special touch that makes it original, with the celtic, classis and Irish rythm the songs are really wonderful trying to transmit love, peace and happiness

Aside the talent this women have, they are plenty of beauty, for me, they're the perfect women could exixst ever.

Chloe Agnew, so young, (my age) so beautiful, how can you be full of talent, plainly you are sensational, you transmit just love to hear your angelical voice.

Lisa Kelly: simply, You're wonderful, specially your voice which makes me vibrate of happiness, I hear an angel when i hear your voice, how sweet you are.

Orla: Your voice, which trasnmit feelings, happiness, emotions, you make me imagine those things I've ever wanted to reach, showing that everything is possible.

Mairead: Wow, just full of happiness and energy, your musics makes me feel that I am alive and full of love and happiness.

these girls have the perfect music for me. In this music I've found many wonderful moments

Bueno, Primero que todo, quiero expresarles un cordial saludo y agradecerles la molestia que se toman a leer este blog.

Quiero expresarles en este espacio, todo mi amor hacia "Celtic Woman", la verdad creanme desde la primera vez que la escuche me enamore completamente de ellas, su musica me hace volar, y me hace olvidar esos malos momentos por los que la vida pasa, Sus voces angelicales son tan hermosas que te sientes transportado a otro mundo en el cual todo se hace realidad.

Celtic Woman es mi grupo preferido, ya que su musica es tan particular, con un toque especial lo cual la hace original, con el ritmo celta, clasico e irlandes las canciones suenan de lo mas maravilloso intentando transmitir amor, ternura, alegria y felicidad.

Aparte de tatento que tienen estas chicas, tienen una belleza inmensa, para mi, son como las mujeres perfectas las cuales pudieran existir:

Chloe Agnew: tan joven, (de mi edad jeje) tan hermosa, como puede caber tanto talento en ti, simplemente eres una persona sensacional, transmites el amor solo con escuchar tu angelica voz.

Lisa Kelly: Ay, Lisa, siemplemente eres maravillosa, con esa voz la cual me hace vibrar, siento como si escuchara el propio cantar de los angeles, eres una dulzura de persona.

Orla: Tu voz, con la cual transmites sentimientos, alegrias y emociones, haces imaginar todo aquello que siempre quisiera alcanzar, mostrando que todo es posible.

Mairead: Wow, siemplemente llena de energia y alegria, tu musica me hace sentir que estoy vivo y lleno de alegria.

Estas chicas tienen la musica perfecta para mi, en esta musica he encontrado momentos de Algreia y Felicidad.

Simplemente son las mejores, y espero verlas algun dia en Vivo.... (Creanme, no cabria emocion dentro de mi)

Celtic Woman

Celtic Woman es una agrupación musical compuesta por seis mujeres irlandesas: las vocalistas Chloë Agnew, Órla Fallon, Lynn Hilary, Lisa Kelly, Alex Sharpe y la violinista Máiréad Nesbitt. El rango del repertorio del grupo va desde la tradicional música celta a canciones modernas.




El grupo ha lanzado tres discos, Celtic Woman, Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration y Celtic Woman: A New Journey, y ha tenido el mismo número de giras mundiales.

Los fundamentos de la popularidad de la música celta fuera de Irlanda y Europa fueron asentados por artistas como Enya y Clannad, así como los espectáculos Riverdance y Lord of the Dance. Con esta idea se hace referencia de Celtic Woman como el "Riverdance vocal"

HISTORIA

Celtic Woman graba el 15 de septiembre de 2004 para la teledifusora PBS en el Teatro Helix en Dublin, Irlanda con el foro lleno. Esta presentación fue organizada por el productor Sharon Browne, el directivo y CEO Dave Kavanagh y el director musical y compositor David Downes. Esta presentación fue la primera trasmisión en PBS durante marzo de 2005 para los Estados Unidos, en las siguientes semanas el grupo lanzó su álbum debut homónimo Celtic Woman alcanzando el primer lugar en las listas del Billboard de Música Mundial, y rompiendo eventualmente records de permanencia el 22 de julio de 2006 por permanecer como número uno durante 68 semanas[2] y obtener esa posición por 81 semanas en total.
Mucho del éxito del grupo en América se ha acreditado a la extensa campaña de publicidad de PBS durante 2005. La presentación en vivo en el Helix fue lanzada en DVD junto al álbum de estudio.

Para el lanzamiento del segundo disco, Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration, el 19 de octubre de 2006, su primer álbum aún estaba en el segundo lugar de las listas de Música del Mundo.

En preparación para su tercer disco, Celtic Woman se presentó en el castillo Slane en el Condado de Meath, Irlanda, el 23 y 24 de agosto de 2006, esta presentación fue transmitida al aire por PBS en en diciembre del 2006. El álbum de estudio titulado Celtic Woman: A New Journey, fue lanzado el 30 de enero de 2007 y, tal como en su debut, la presentación en vivo fue lanzada en DVD simultaneamente.
Este album inmediatamente alcanzó el Billboard 200 como número 4[4] y las listas de Música del Mundo como número 1,[5] desplazando a sus dos discos previos y asegurando las tres primeras posiciones de la lista para esta agrupación.



En respuesta a la asombrosa popularidad de su presentacón en el castillo Slane en 2006, el 7 de diciembre de 2007 PBS transmitió un concierto especial de Celtic Woman presentándose de nuevo en el Teatro Helix de Dublin, Irlanda. En esta presentación la agrupación interpretó canciones de su segundo disco Celtic Woman: A Christmas Celebration.

GIRAS

Celtic Woman ha realizado un total de tres giras en EE.UU., con presentaciones adicionales en otros paises. Celtic Woman anunció más de una docena de presentaciones en 2005 para su álbum debut. La gira se efectuó en dos partes.[6] La agrupación visitó en dos ocasiones los Estados Unidos en su gira "A New Journey", en 2007 y 2008. A principios de abril se anunció que The High Kings podría unirse al grupo para el resto de la gira durante junio de 2008.
